he Crew is based on a Viking Concept, but many of our members are performing artists of one form or another, especially Bardic, Drumming and Singing, thus "Harpers", many are also interested heavily in Light Weapons Fencing.

he Crew swears oath of Loyalty to the Society for Creative Anachronism, The Kingdom of Trimaris and the Members of the Householde. The oath also contains the bind that members avoid partaking in politics either locally or on higher levels.

here is no oath of fealty to Captain or such; our fealty is to the Society and The Crown of Trimaris.

he Householde began having regular meetings again, when the Shire of Glymmerholde was dissolved, to provide a meeting place for the members of the shire who had been orphaned and were active hard working Scadians and were already members of the Householde.

aving a Captain or Chief, a Helmsman (or Mate), Treasurer, Historian, Speaker (Herald), Tactician/Weapons Training, Weapons Marshall (position filled by member who is Kingdom Regional Light Weapons Marshall), Sergeant at Arms (filled by member who is Kingdom Deputy Constable) and Ships Carpenter round out the Officer corps of the Crew. The Householde also has a person to arrange and schedule Demos and Inter House/Shire events. The Captain of the Crew appoints these Officers.

he House meets once a week and holds fighter practice once a week as well.
90% of the Householde attends and camp together in "open" camp at every Kingdom Event and all members of the house are expected (and do so) "work" at Events attended. Those who need rides, garb, equipment, etc. are supplied/taken care of by the other members of the House. These things are also provided for anyone who needs them at Events. We also serve food to any who want to eat. Every Friday and Saturday night at Events we provide Bardic for those who wish to attend.

ur basic premise is to Serve The Dream, Kingdom and each other. This includes helping others in our Kingdom and Society.
